Would a U.S. credit file be valuable to Indian investors?
With U.S. real estate at historic lows, and the Euro, Pound Sterling and others at historic highs against the US Dollar, would Indian investors find it valuable to establish a credit record and deposited cash reserves in the U.S?

Yes.. Many of the Indian companies and big investors have already thought about this. But experts feel that there is still pain left in the US economy, which means that it has not bottomed out. So people are awaiting for getting the oppurtunity.
