do your best to condition at home or sumwhere every day, so you'll be in shape. make sure you can do anything that you think you'll need to be able to do( like an overhand serve, saving, spiking, rolling, using ur kneepads.) don't be afraid to get ur hands dirty! make sure you always listen to the coach(es)! and, i know ppl say it too much, but have fun! Volleyball is my fav sport so i luv to hav fun doing it.

p.s. if you don't get along with anyone on the team, either make an effort to be nicer or just make sure the coaches don't find out, as this could make them think twice before picking you.

High School Try Outs in Michigan start August 11.

Make sure you have been in contact with the high school coach or athletic office to get a calendar of the summer volleyball activities.

Many high schools will have summer practices, conditioning, "team" camps and other activities.

Getting involved with the hs team/coaches during the summer is a good way to stay in shape and for the others to get to know you.

    Good Luck!
