PC Game 10 years ago. Farming, raise crops, I believe it was something with west in the title any suggestions?

The game invlolved you owning a house and farm land. I believe you could go to a store and buy seeds for the type of crops to plant. You could progress throught the years and buy tractors and a truck in the early 1900's. I cant remember the name of the game I played in elementary school. I thought it was go west but it didnt get hits on google.

Update:

I know the game is not SimFarm. Any other Ideas?

Yes, game's name is Sim Farm. You can plant crops, buy tractors and harversters to cultivate it. Later you can even buy/rent crop dusters. You can also keep cattle, pigs and sheep to sell or for milk. I also have some fond memories of this game. You should be able to download it for free. Google old dos games download. Should be old ware by now. Hope this helps.
