22" wheels with a +35mm offset. WILL THEY FIT???
I have a 2001 Mercury Mountaineer. The factory offset is between 15 and 25mm. I bought these rims because they were too good to pass up ($100 a wheel!) and I have been told that the wheel will flush too far into my wheel well and possibly rub. Has anyone had experience with mounting a wheel in which the offset was higher than recommended. I really don't want to use wheel spacers.
