PERMISSION to use COPYRIGHTS for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES?

I want to start a business whereby I might have to do myself some drawings, caking & other crafting projects of using copyright stuffs such as Disney, Warner Bros, Barbie, Spongebob characters to make every single thing match to theme parties. In addition, I would like also to display my works of those characters on my flyers and website.

I looked everywhere on internet, but I can't figure out to whom I should ask. I went to their official websites to check their copyrights policy & contacts, but I still couldn't find the answers I need.

Can anyone please tell me how, where, how long and to whom would I need to contact with regards to using those characters (Copyrights). Please answer this question by providing me the URLs and email addresses of the owner's of those characters I have mentioned above.

Thanks so much for your help, until now I don't have much luck with getting any advice on this. So please, don't just tell me to look up in search engines. I did it already

You need to contact each of the companies directly -- call the general inquiries number and ask to be connected to the department handling licensing.

Disney for example is a tough company to cross with regards to the use of their copyrighted images and materials. They really go after you. They actually have a page for licensing - and it's their Disney Consumer Products division (but I know it can make you crazy trying to search it on their site as there is no link to it)

    https://licensing.disney.com/Home/display.jsp

Disney licensees should meet the following requirements:

    1) Your company must have a minimum of five years experience in manufacturing and distribution.

    2) Your company must be a manufacturer, NOT a middleman or distributor.

    3) Your company must have five years prior experience in the product category being proposed.
