    okay now this gets revealed when doug and deacon are sitting at work and doud is filling out an application to be a "big brother". For name doug says outloud "Douglas S. Heffernan". then deacon says what your middle name and turns out to be steven. and doug asks deacon for his and its John.

    So Doug is "steven"

    and Deacon is "John"
