If you want a new camera, either the Canon EOS-1V or Nikon F6 are probably the finest and most advanced 35mm cameras that will ever be made. Price is around $2000 new, although either can be had for under $1000 used.
Add to both a mid-range 2.8 zoom, which would be the 24-70 2.8L for Canon, or the 28-70 2.8 for Nikon for around $500.
Also add a 70-200 2.8 IS or VR lens from your respective manufacturer. This will run about $1000.

This is like asking "I want a car that goes 0-60 in 5 seconds and gets 60mpg".
Zoom lenses are all about compromise. You want zoom you have to give up a level of sharpness. You want sharpness you go with prime lenses.

Top end? Nikon F6, Leica. etc. Lenses are sold separately.
Based on the way you ask a question, I do not think you have enough knowledge and experience to go this route.
Stick with inexpensive Canon Rebel,or something like that.
I do not think Nikon still makes inexpensive 35mm cameras.

The best film slr camera is the medium format hasselblad with a carl-zeiss lens.
