Will be visiting Portland in July..where are the best shopping areas?
Not talking about Lloyd Center/huge shopping centers. Am interested in awesome neighborhoods that are unique to Portland that have boutiques, shops, cool little places...

Pearl District and NW 23rd is probably what you are looking for. They have a great night-life scene there too. Great clubs, bars and pubs.
Popular newer shopping malls are Streets of Tanasbourne and Bridgeport. These tend to be expensive and overpriced shops. But, still fun to look around and good places to eat.
All of these places I mentioned have web sites, so you can check them out to see if you are interested.
