Morale is a feeling of positive cameraderie. Check your thesaurus and ask again.

And don't tell me thesaurus fossils were placed there by God to "test" us!

My DOGS have enough "moral" code to not steal. It comes down to the survival instinct that says, "Don't take my stuff or I'll kill you!" That's what lets us feed both of them at the same time without them fighting over each other's food.

Wait! They both have to sit patiently until we say "Okay" first. So they learned their morals from me- does that make me God?

First off one of the ten commandments is "Thou shalt not steal"....so if your a Christian I would assume it would be your morale duty to bring it to their attention that it is wrong. If it were say...a homeless person stealing food...I don't think I would report them but remind them of the commandment and ask them if it is worth losing their soul...then I would buy them the food. If it were a person stealing material items..I would definitely report it. It would be the right thing to do and it would uphold and honor the commandment.

I thought most witnesses would not bother to report? Maybe there is a concern that one’s things may be stolen next; hence the witness will report.

It would depend on a few things if I would report them.

It has nothing to do with my morales....I just think some things fall into a gray area.

It doesn't take a genius to realize that taking another's property without permission is wrong.

I don't like when people steal from me, so why would I let someone steal from others. What Logic.
