my dog keeps snaping at his tail?

he is only 1 year old every time i feed him he attack his tail i think he thinks that his tail is his enemy. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. We did start giving him beef from our shop ithought that started it but i only have to go outside to pay attention to him and he starts doin it again.

    that is know for dogs at that age. it can be because he is just now finding out that he has a tail. dose he always do that. i know what it is he thinks that his tail is going to get his food. if you want to you can ask a specialist on dogs, there will tell you what is the real problem, i dont think that it is a problem it is just he thinks that his tail is going to get his food. let me know what happen after you ask the specialist. good luck
