  • Should I get an associate degree , bachelors degree or both?

    Okay my boyfriend and I are going to work and save the money for 1 year so we can pay for a car , pay down on a house and help our parents pay for some of our college tuition. I plan to do marketing in college btw.

    However when we start college we will also have to work (min wage).. I finished high school so thats the only qualification I have. Should I spend 2 years in college getting an associate degree then get a job that pays more than minimum wage and work for a year and gain some expereince to save some money then start back school to do bachelors degree ORRR should I just get a bachelors degree instead of associate degree..?

    We also want kids but I dont want a baby if im working minimum wage.. Should we plan for the child right after i get an associate degree or bachelors degree?

    The reason why i wanted to do associate degree is because it only takes 2 years and after the two years I can get a better job and live more comfortably than now or is it just a waste of time?

    Should I just spend 4 years doing the bachelors then and allow my boyfriend to do associate so he can get a better job so our income can increase a bit then allow him to do bachelors?

  • how to get sole custody of my son?

    I live in Guyana and I recently got married and were moving to the USA to live to continue our studies and to get better jobs..

    We already have jobs waiting for us up there , home and car..

    However when I was 15 my ex and I had a baby.. We broke up because she started cheating on me. I guess she thought if I had her kid I wasn t going to leave no matter what.. Anyways I found a new gf and since then Ive had a hard time seeing my son. When we got married my ex even attacked my wife and she was charged. She wont let me see my son and I am afraid when I go to USA I will lose all communication with my son who is 3.

    I really want my son to come and live with me in the States because I don t want him growing without a father. We had him when we were really young so I couldn t be there for him financially but now I am able to. Is there anyway the court would allow me to have full custody?
