I met someone who came over, from Russia, on a visa(a girl), and we want to get married. i don't want to know about anything like they are doing it just to live here. I just want to know how difficult is it to marry her and make her legal? Would their be any complications if her visa expired before we got married and is there any chance that she just could not get married at all. Ok so what happens if a girl comes to the US and gets pregnant by a US citizen, her visa is going to expire soon and she will most likely go back to her homeland, Russia.
