Every time we walk behind him he quickly closes something. He constantly has an earplug in - says he is listening to music. Another worker since told us he was watching episodes of a tv show on and off all day when most of us were at a meeting. He uses BitTorrent - I've heard him say it - would that mean others are accessing our bandwidth as well?

We have periods of the internet running slow and he looks guilty as sin.

The boss is aware but can't seem to catch him either and we don't want to touch his laptop either in case he squeals.
