Time limit for claiming Refund of Income tax?
I am an NRI and have bank deposits which earn about 2 lakhs as interest every year and the tax is deducted at source by the bank every half year. Tax has been deducted in my account for the last 7years, I have no other income in india. I have however not submitted income tax return in the past 7 years and have therefore not claimed refund of Tax deducted by the bank. I would like to know if I can submit it return for the last 7 years and claim the refund of Tax deducted .Kindly advise
