My wife is having irregual periods and we had first IUI on sept 2010 and it came result like Chemical pregnancy and formed a cyst in 4cm. Then we stopped all medicines and this month (dec 2010) we took scan and that cyst is reduced to 1cm. Now my doctor prescribing to go for 2nd IUI and gave egg tablet and Metoformin Tablet. Is it good idea to go 2nd IUI now?

My wife is having irregual periods and LMP was 2nd Sept and had an IUI on 20th Sept, After 14 days (means oct 5th) we took beta HCG test it comes result Weak posite and count will be 16.8Miu/ml. we consult with doctor she injected Pregnl injection for support and gave progestrone tablet for veginal support (already we r taking on that after IUI). We are very much eager to get baby now after 5 years married life..Anyone have experience on this. We are very much frustated .. can anyone please guide us..

I'm going to buy a land in Anakaputhur(Chennai,INDIA) area, It is Grama Natham (Poorviga Land), means they issued a collector free patta in 1978 and they sold to some one. 1982 they have sold and registered another person. Is it possible to transfer PATTA from first owner to me? If it is how long it will take and what is the procedure?

Whether it is safe to buy this land?

I'm the 4th person for buying that land. EC and Other documents are fine.
