I am a former National Bench Press Champion and State Powerlifting Champion, I have trained as a Gym Instructor and I am a fully qualified level 2 sports trainer. I am a retired web developer and SEO specialist with a diploma in E-Business. I am also a mother of 3 boys with special needs. As a strength and conditioning coach for football (soccer) I have experience with many fitness and training questions. Other sports I have participated in include martial arts at state level, broomball at state and national level, rugby union at a regional level and a lot of others at a local level.
