  • College textbooks?

For one of my classes, it says that I need a Gateway to Art book, 12th edition. I was looking on amazon and I found it.... but it says it's 1st edition. But it has the same ISBN number as the book I need...Does that mean they are the same book?

  • Does this sound like a spider bite?

Okayy so I was walking this trail yesterday and when I got home I noticed three marks on the same leg. They started to itch, so I itched them. They were pretty much fine over night. Today they are hard and hurt if you touch them. And are hot to the touch. One of them has a small white blister-like thing, but it isn't in the middle. It's off to the side where it isn't even red really.

My mom keeps insisting they are mosquito bites but all three are bigger than a quarter.

  • What are your thoughts on your child missing school?

If your high school kid has a high GPA and gets mostly a's with some b's would it bother you to let them stay home often? If missing school doesn't set them behind and they get their work done right away to keep ther grades up would it bother you to let them miss a bit too much school?

  • Best Way To Become A Paralegal?

I'm a junior in high school and i think i want to be a paralegal. But if i go to school to be a paralegal, that's a limited field. If i decide i don't really want to be a paralegal, then what?

So if i got a pre-law degree, could i be a paralegal from that? Or do you have to go through paralegal program to become one? That way if i got a pre-law degree there would be more options.

Can someone just explain how it all works? thanks.

  • How do you get your cat to stop messing up your christmas tree?

I've got this kitten who wont leave my stupid tree alone. this year we have a really small tree compared to what we're used to. she tears down the tinsel, knocks off ornaments, and tries to eat the ligths.

we spray her with the squirt bottle, flick her nose (makes me feel bad) and even lock her in a different room for 15 minutes when she starts to do it.

    she just won't stop.

    she's relentless.

how can i get her to stop?

  • Should i just stay home tomorrow?

okay. so here's the thing. my attendance has never been that great. we are allowed to miss a certain amount of days before we can teechnically be dropped from classes. but it doesnt happen a lot. we can miss 6 days a semester before they can start dropping us.

i've missed 2 so far and they were within a week or so of eachother. i havent missed since the beginning of october (the 3rd)

i was really proud. and started thinking that i wasnt gonna stay home again until next semester. (january)

if we miss 2 or less days we can get a semester test voucher so it doesnt count against us for one of our classes.

i wanted to use it on math because i'm in pre-calc this year and my teacher basically sucks. first time of my life getting C's on math tests.

so i thought i could use the voucher on that.

but. i really just wanna stay home tomorrow. i have no will power right now. we had a short thanksgiving break compared to everyone else. i need another day to stay home and relax and catch up on the homework that i havent done this weekend.

should i just stay home? or go to school?
