Use the loo at a specific time problems?
Ohk i know this sounds a bit absurd but i tend to have bowel movements at arnd 7:30-9 only every morning....and thats becoming sort of a problem if i have to travel at that time...its really difficult.!!After around 9 i dont feel like any movements for a very long time...but that 1 and a half hour outside the house is just painful.!!Any solutions to this??please help..10 points surely
