it's stinking hot here in Australia today. guys can take off their shirts and be cooler than girls. what do other girls do? assuming you cannot go to the swimming pool, beach, air conditioned shops etc

I was in the city today and saw 2 girls who had obviously come from the beach. One was walking through the outdoor shopping area in just a bikini, carrying a bag with her towel and whatever else in it. The other (who was not with the first one) was riding a skateboard wearing a bikini with a shirt but the shirt was totally unbuttoned.
I don't know whether I would be comfy doing this, but they clearly were. What do other girls think / do?
