I have helped with my community's Christmas for Kids initiative for many years. This year, we have changed the process a little and an interview portion is part of the application process. I am looking for some good questions that require extended answers, more than just yes or no, to ask during applicants interviews...to get a better understanding of why they need help, how we can help...etc. Thanks!~

I get dizzy and a loud ringing in my ears begins. My vision becomes blurred and I start to sweat.Sometimes I faint and throw up after I wake up. This has been going on for about 2 1/2 years but after the first time it happened, it was another year before it happened again. More recently on new year's eve. Almost the same symptoms every time, except sometimes I may not faint and sometimes I may not throw up. I went to the doctor after the first few times and I was told it was a virus but I don't think a virus would come and go like this a few times a year. Is this vertigo? What else could it be?

I am 1/2 African American and 1/2 Caucasian. My son's dad is white, therefore making my child only 1/4 African American. What would he officially be considered?
