  • Wenger secures Ghanaian fetus for 28 million?

Just poking fun. Seriously though, Arsenal I think are suffering from an accumulation of poor transfers last couple of seasons. Here's a thought rid yourselves of Adeybayor (who threatens desertion every year) and secure David Villa from Valencia (think Torres' impact at Liverpool). Get a local boy. Barry, Given (Irish, i know), Downing, Glen Johnson. Just think his vision of these young guys maturing together has run its course. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

  • Hatton wasn't the only loser last night?

    Parking $6.00

    Cover charge x 2 persons $30.00

    Six drafts $18.00

    Four daiquiri's $18.00

One large pizza and nachos $22.00

Grand total for watching punk boxer go down like a girl $94.00

Thank you Ricky Hatton, you bum! I'm sure you really feel like you earned your money somewhere in that ginger melon you call a head. Am I the only one that feels cheated?

  • Giggsy, Evans, and Evra ?

Giggs looked younger than all the Chelsea players, even that crap Argentinian they fielded on late; I thought Evra was wearing the number seven shirt at times; Evans was so brilliant against Mr. Drogba and Monsieur Anelka, I forgot we were missing Rio. Not on the scorecard but i think their respective performances outdid Chelsea. Comments greatly appreciated.

  • Why are Liverpool wearing silver and red?

Seriously man, don't they have a fkn green kit? Its confusing me at times, I honestly do think its affecting the passing and runs into center of the box. Not a very good decision going with the silver and red. You are a big boy club Liverpool with three kits, fkn wear them son. Comments greatly appreciated.

  • Sunderland, may I recommend a lower tier?

How many times do I have to see Premiership "quality" sides play the big four like a bunch of sackless girl scouts? Cisse was playing holding mid and at times sweeper. What shame. A couple of weeks ago Hull gave us a good run and I praise them for it. They are a fun side to watch. If a club doesn't feel up to par with the other sides in PLeague, please do us all a favor and give a Championship side with actual desire and will the chance next year. Comments greatly appreciated.

  • Ten best footballers in the world!!!!?

A dude I'm training gave me his, it sent me off the deep end. His list included Dempsey, Donovan, Schevchenko. I was like dude have u ever even seen Scheva play? No he hadn't only once, three years ago in a champions league game. I hate cats like that, watch Fox Football Fone In and they're like yeah dude I am the second coming of Pele. I don't normally act like a douche to new ppl I meet but this dude was walkin' around and talkin' like he was Franz "freaking" Beckenbauer and he had sh!t out the 4-4-2 formation after a carton of laxatives and flak seed oil. So come on ppl, please reassure me, make a list it doesn't matter if its FMF, european players, a mixture of both, just help me regain my sanity. i'll list mine a bit later, please give the players name and why you like him or her, and no it doesn't have to me a big media name. Here's my number one.1. Rooney: I love his drive, and work rate. Rooney isn't afraid to pull duty at mid field and he is highly skilled with both feet.

  • Happy thanksgiving everyone (mexican football)!!?

What are you guys greatful for this year? Football or otherwise it doesn't matter. Football: I'm greatful that our team (mexico) has a couple of young bright stars with pretty solid futures ahead of them. The FMF returned to the Sudamericana final. That the rightful owners of the Premiership title Manchester recaptured their title last season (and will do so this season) Que al Cuau le fue muy bien en Chicago.

Otherwise: I'm just greatful for a lot of things in my life. I love my gf & my mom, sister, and brothers. I'm glad that I have a pretty good job and school's pretty sweet. And i'm greatful i found this little slice of Mexican Futbol to make my day go easier. Everyone have a safe Thanksgiving & I hope you all have a good time. Y si hacen tamales de pavo yo quiero uno.

  • Man United's future line up?

okay, i've been thinking about this lately. what will the Man U line up look like in a couple of months? Tevez and Rooney are doing fine up front, I think Rio and Vidic are pretty much secure as CB's, and i don't think Ronnie will be on the bench. Everyone else is a question mark for me. Anderson or Scholes, Giggy or Nani, Carrick or Hargreaves. Not to mention that Gary Neville will be coming back to the lineup, will Evra or Brown be capping. Evra and Brown have come a long way and are closing distance on our captain and then there's Van der Sar, think Manchester will pick someone else up as goalie?.

This is how i'd like to see the lineup

    Rooney

    Tevez

    Giggs LM

    Nani

    Scholes

    Ronnie

    Neville LB

    Rio

    Vidic

    Brown

This is the lineup i think Fergie will go with

    Tevez

    Ronney

    Nani -LM

    Anderson

    Scholes

    Ronnie

    Neville -LB

    Rio

    Vidic

    Evra

what do you guys think, thanx for answering..

  • The USA is beating us overseas, anyone else worried?

I haven't been paying as much attention to either national side since summer began, recently I just found out that most of the USNT consists of players playing in europe. This worries me, why is the USA beating Mexico overseas? Granted most play in the "English speaking" Premiership, but why aren't Mexicans flooding Spain? I understand that Mexicans are comfortable in the FMF that the pay is better than most leagues, but already you can see the results of US players going overseas. I hate the US team as much as the next mexican, but Dempsey & Bocanegra have improved so much in their tenures overseas, Adu I think will soon follow suit. I understand that the few Mexicans we have overseas play on strong clubs, but what are players like Cacho, Magallon, Pinto, Arce, and maybe even Landin still doing here? They probably wouldn't make it at Barca but I know they could hold their own on a small Spanish team/Big French team. Thank you for answering.

  • Nicknames! On the pitch nicknames anyone?

One of the finer things about playing football with a buncha mexicans are nicknames. I personally love e'm. Whether its for fun, a sign of commaradarie, or just to mess with someone it just wouldn't be futbol without them.

Pollo, La Comarca, Guero, Cheech, El Tucanazo, El Cali, Gansito, El Gonzo, la Perra, El seis pansas, el Boquitas, la Papa, *****, el Venado, el Scooby, el Snoopy, el Speedy, el Pikachu, Bibi, el tal-ivan, ozzy, Roob, el Shrek, la marrana, che-ma (pinche marrana), el nino, el baybis, el rayo de jalisco (only when he scores, lol) and adding "sillo" or "sito" to a name works well too; Ramonsillo, Adansillo, Ramosito, Memito, Paquito, Lalito.

I'm pretty sure you guys have some good ones too.

  • Memorabilia; what's your most treasuered soccer possesion?

My friends and I have acquired an alright collection of sweet football gear during the years. Old throw back jerseys, club flags, signed pictures, player worn kits and cleats (between the six of us we own one damn Lotto cleat we believe was worn by a member of Tigres), we try to get a little bit of everything. Nothing big, just sweet stuff we buy on Ebay, garage sales, or pulgas. I myself am in love with my United Newton Heath jersey from 1994, it hangs over my bed in a frame. My bud Ramon has a butt load of Jorge Campos florecent goalkeeper kits, I think he has a thing for "el brody". My other bud Frank owns a Rafa Marquez AS monaco jersey (I must say it is pretty freaking sweet). Well i'll leave the floor to you guys.

  • What's a Crawdad and do I want to eat it?

My friend & I share a love for sports and food. He recently came down from Louisiana with a taste for crayfish and he went to our local fish market and placed an order for 150 frozen Crawdads. I was filled in as to what they are and I am freaked. Do they taste good? Aren't the waters in Louisina dirty? Should I stop being such a child and just enjoy the nice dinner that my friend worked his butt off to make for me (and others)? I guess I'm just really "weirded" out and just need a little bit of a push. Please leave any comments bad or good that you have about the "Crawdad".

    Thank You.

  • Will the Blues drop points at Old Trafford?

A couple of weeks i was dreading this fixture, Man U seemed to be out of form and not even in contention to defend their title. Looks like the tables have turned as Chelsea seem to be taking on water. I honestly think the Reds can drop 2 in Chelsea's net. On that note, Stamford Bridge is a fortress, but it seems very likely that the streak will come to an end this season, what fixture do you think that'll happen? Will it be one of the big 4 or a shocker like Sunderland v Spurs.

  • Keano at Spurs?

He's done alright by Sunderland, maybe he'd do marvels with a team with actual talent. I think this move suits him. On the subject where do you see Roy going after Sunderland?

  • Europe is to blame for Iraq, sorta.?

Look all I'm saying is that the great powers of Europe took it upon themselves to sh!t on the damn region (Palestine to India + colonial Africa) for a couple of centuries. Shouldn't they be held accountable at some level? The US did rebuild Hiroshima and Nagasaki after all, but the French, Italians, Germans, Russians, and especially British left behind a turd sandwhich for the whole world to consume So don't you all go putting the entire blame on Uncle Sam.

  • What transfers are paying off which aren't?

I know the season's still young, but already we can see what transfers are paying off and which aren't. My "numero uno" would have to be Torres to Liverpool Torres is finding the net against teams Liverpool should be scoring on but failed to do so last season. Where the hell did Voronin come from? I like him, a lot! Santa Cruz to Blackburn, Elano to City. I think Elano given time will be the greatest asset acquired by Ctiy. Bellamy to Hammers (should've gone to Reading)

Sidwell to Chelsea, Oh Steve what the hell were you thinking? Tevez to United, you'd think he would've found the net by now. Alan Smith and Barton to Newcastle. I know this is last year but Ballack and Schevchenko...still laughing at how that turned out. Well have fun.
