Just confuse... which one is appropriate to use? Reason to travel or Reason for travel?

My Samsung S4 was stolen 2 days ago when I was in PHilippines for my holiday. Is there any way I can block the phone if recovery is impossible?

I have german shepherd dog, someone asked me if she is a show line type. What does she mean? and how will I know if my dog is a show line type?

It happened to me years ago, but still can't really get an answer or meaning to this dream. My father died when I was in 2nd year college, and my mom died weeks before my college graduation. By the way, it was their dream and happiness to see me receiving my diploma. 1 week before the graduation ceremony, i told my sister that I will not attending ceremony, then on the same day I dreamt of my parents, we were sitting on the stairs..stairs so high and many people going up and down.. but me, my mom and my dad were just sitting in one corner.. we were talking.. I told mom i won't be attending graduation, but she told me to attend because dad and her will be there. The next day, i told my sister about my dream and she convinced me to come. During the ceremony, when I was on the the stage receiving my diploma, i looked at the audience, i looked at the whole area, every corner hoping to see mom and dad..but of course i didnt see them. After that, i dreamt about them again, same place, I told them that they promised to come and they answered me... "yes we were there, you just didn't see us". Somebody explained this please. Did i really talk to them or was it just an intuitive dream?

I've been working for this company for 7 years and seven months to be exact now. I don't know how much shall I need to receive if I resigned. Is it true that if I voluntarily resign this will affect the gratuity computation? could someone help me please? I am receiving 6100 as basic pay.

I am working in a Chinese company in UAE. Due to some dental procedure i need to be absent from work for 10 days. I had medical certificate but they did not accept it for the reason that this is not medical sickness or emergency. The result, Hr told me that he will just deduct 6 days from my salary and will not include holidays.

When I checked my salary they cut almost 28.50% of my salary. Is that ok? 6 days equivalent of 28% of my total salary? Hr told me that he calculated it not for monthly total days but for working days. I am confused. Do companies have different rules about deductions? What about in UAE?

Last night, i had a confrontation with my colleague over small issues that were not settled for almost a month now. Yesterday she sent me messages that made me upset. When I reached our place (we live in the same villa provided by our company), i tried to talk to her about what she said on the phone. I was talking to her husband, unknowingly she was inside her room and listening. (By the way, before that, i tried to knock on her door but she didnt come out). Then suddenly, she opened the door and screaming mad, shouting and wanted to attack me... her husband stopped her but i saw from her actions that she really wanted to attack me..she even grabbed something that looks like she wants to hit me with this ( it looks like a long object, similar to wood or bat..but not so sure). She cursed me and throwing me some bad words like B***ch, and my mother is whore.. really really bad words that I couldn't accept. I am worried about my security, the problem wasnt settled, and we are living in one villa using the same kitchen.. what if we cross our path again? and am worried she will attack me again. Shall i inform the police about this issue? Do you think police here in abu dhabi will pay attention?

My friend was hired by a company in Abu Dhabi and was asked him to produce his original certificates and attested diploma. Now, four months had passed and he already received his national ID, his labour card and visa stamped on his passport. When my friend wants to collect his original certificates, no body from his office, even the manager and hr knows where are his documents. Once this company failed to return all his documents, is there any way my friend can do to push his company to find and return all his original documents? My friend is terribly upset because It's very difficult to get and produce all these documents again since all of them are original and attested.

My husband just recently joined to a new company (just 1 month). He has unlimited contract with 6 month probation period. For some reasons, he is not happy with so many things and now he wants to quit his job. If quitting this job while under the probation period, will he get ban? Hi. My children, age 15 and 12 will be travelling this coming 8th of July. I would like to know how much are they going to pay in NAIA airport? They are travelling with a residence visa so I would like to know if we need to pay for travel tax and other fees. Is it true that I need to pay cathay pacific also for un-accompanied minor? They used to have no charges for this, but i heard now that a USD 70 will be collected per child passenger. I hope it is not true, because we alread paid full ticket and will be paying travel tax and so on and so forth. Please help me clarify this issue. Thanks a lot.
