  • Do I need to redye my hair?

Last week I dyed my hair from blonde to dark brown, trying to get back to my natural color. The dye didn't take very well so yesterday I redyed with the same color brown. Today I'm noticing that in certain light my hair almost has a greenish tint to it. I understand that hair dye has either a red or green base so I know why my hair looks that way. My question is will the greenish tint go away or am I going to have to dye my hair again? I really don't want to damage my hair any more than I have to but I'm not sure green is my color :) Any advice would be really helpful! I have been using professional hair dye and a protein filler, in case that is important.

  • Are there any government programs besides Medicaid and other low-income programs to help with pregnancy bills?

My husband makes too much money to qualify for medicaid and we have been denied a CareCredit medical credit card. He has good insurance through his job but they are refusing to add me to his insurance until Jan 2009 (we were married in May). He makes about 50G a year so any of the low income programs aren't really applicable. I was wondering if anyone knows of any kind of last chance programs for pregnant women to help with the doctor bills? I live in Idaho and I am due December 10th, we would have just started making payments but his insurance was giving us the run around until just last month about whether they were going to add me or not.

    Please Help!

I need a list of things that are absolutely necessary to buy before my baby comes. I just know I will forget something and it would be helpful to have a to do list so to speak. If any of you have your own list or can provide a link to a list it would be so helpful thank you!

  • Rolaids and Four Year Olds?

When my little sister was about four years old my mom used to let her have one Rolaid every once in a while. I know they have lots of calcium in them but they also say not to give to children under six unless directed by a doctor so I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if this was probably okay or what the possible side affects could be.

  • Is this safe or recommended?

I was reading a fictional book about a pregnant woman and her experiences, when her water broke she quickly chugged two beers before going to the hospital. I was wondering if this part of the fiction or, if not, what the purpose would be.

  • Can insurance companies consider pregnancy a pre-existing condition?

My husband and I got pregnant in March, we got married in May and I was added to his insurance on June 1st. I had my first doctors appointment June 15th. I did not have health insurance before we got married. I am afraid that his insurance will not cover my pregancy because I was pregnant before we got married. I have read online about HIPAA but I don't know if that only covers people that switch insurance companies or if it would apply to people that did not have any insurance as well. Any info would be appreciated.
