  • How long is my audition song?

    Soon, I'll be doing an audition for "Annie" the musical. The audition guidelines say that "You must sing... one song of your choice, 8-16 measures in length." I considered singing "A House is Not a Home", using the Glee Cast remake as my sort of guide. The only problem is that I don't know how long it is in measures. Can anyone give me an approximation and tell me if it's anywhere near the 8-16 measure requirement? Thanks!

  • Is Jane Eyre's full first name Janet?

    I was reading the book. *shudders* Not of my own accord, of course, and I came across a few instances where Mr. Rochester calls Jane "Janet". Is this her full first name?
