I've had the right side of my lip pierced for over 2 months now and it's still very swelled and painful. I don't know why, it is like it's just been done.

Any Advice?

I am in love with someone, who I know likes me back, but she's with someone. It really hurts me when I see their posts to eachother on Facebook. I really like this girl and I think I love her, and it kills me that I can't be with her.

Also, I am self harming. Nothing big, just little scratches in my arm and on my legs. My 'best friend' has decided that she can't be bothered with me anymore, and she's told everyone about my self harm. She has spent the last hour calling me pathetic, fat, useless, saying that she'd sit and laugh at me if I ever lost the person I love, & i'm sick of her being so two faced.

She had another friend who was self harming, and she was OK with it, but with me she's acting totally different.

I really don't know what to do, can anyone offer me some advice for my friend and to help me stop?

My friend is currently suffering with Trichotillomania and it is affecting her really badly. She is always worried about the way ahe looks and this really isnt helping her confidence.

I feel terrible because I can't help her, she lives in London and I live atleast 300 miles away so It is hard for me to get in contact with her.

She is always worried about the way she looks and this has really brought her down, To me she is beautiful but every time i tell her it just makes her feel worse.

I sometimes feel that she can't talk to me, which upsets me because we have known eachother for 5 years.

I would just like some help to talk to her and comfort her, Thanks Guys, X

Okay, What is the affect of smoking on the pill?

Someone told me if I smoke while on the pill that it doesn't work as much as a contraceptive? Is that true?

Ive been smoking for nearly a year now but my boyfriend doesn't like it.

He thought I had quit and now he has found out i havent he's said he'll break up with me if I don't stop?

I want to stop but i know it's hard, a lot of my friends smoke and i go to smoke and break and lunch times at school so I have something to do.

I just want to know if anybody has any advice for me to stop smoking? I know it will be hard but I need to do this, Ive been with my boyfriend for over 2 years and I dont want to break up with him over something as silly as this.
