I've purchased my tools throughout the years. I've used them for personal use. Now I own rental property and use the tools for the business. Can I depreciate these at purchase price, actual value, or not at all?

I work 8 hours and 21 minutes per day with a 21 minute unpaid lunch. I am free to leave my work post however, it seems I read somewhere that a lunch must be a half hour or more to qualify as an unpaid break. Anyone know the answer or where I could find more information??? Thanks

I think I have a wisdom tooth coming in because my back teeth really hurt. Its not really a localized pain but a pain of the whole area. I sometimes cant even tell if the pain is on the top or bottom teeth. Its been hurting for 3 days now and I'm not sure if I should see a dentist. My dental insurace doesn't kick in for another week. Should I wait? Is this normal? Applying pressure doesnt hurt but temperature changes from food or drink make it ache like hell

Does anyone have any idea which trucking company offers drivers the most time home. Or at least a reasonable amount of time home? I dont mind being gone 4 weeks but would like a week off afterwards. Thanks!!!

I've driven for a year now. I have two dogs and home and a relationship which may cause me to take full custody of these dogs. Both are labs and approximately 60-70 pounds. Is this insane? Will anyone in the world allow this. I appreciate your educated answer.
