After I download that 48 MB update, it says "Ready to Install"...so I click "Ready to Install"...then status changes to "Installing"...after a while it goes back to "Ready to Install" Anyone have the same issue?

I'm in the Hades Underworld level. You know the part where you encounter those 3 dudes with the block shaped weapons (at first they're in stone, but they come alive).

Well after facing those dudes, there's a deep hole. On the opposite lower end, there's a lower cliff with the health chest. I glide down there. Once there, there's an hole ahead. Now here's where the glitch occurs.....I cannot see what's really there on the opposite end of this hole. Instead, I see duplicated frames of the background and Kratos when I jump around that area. You know when your windows program freezes, and you drag the program with your mouse and it leaves a duplicate trail of the window? Well that's what's happening in this hole. I do not know if this is really a dead end or I'm supposed to be seeing something else.

There is a tear on the interior skin of my mouth at the corner where my upper and lower jaw meet. I've had this pain for almost a week. I can't chew without feeling the pain from that area. Any remedies? This happened when brushing my teeth and I accidentally jammed the end of my brush in that specific area.
