  • If you're a fan of YA fiction, based on the description which book would you rather read and why? Thanks for reading!?

Book 1: 200 years in the future, woman over the age of 18 have lost the ability to conceive; young women everywhere are cashing in on their fertility by selling their genetically-engineered offspring to the highest bidder. Television shows featuring pregnant teens are all the rage. Reya, rescued from being dumped in an orphanage due to her undesirable genetic code by her adoptive parents, has achieved her dream of being cast on Posh Preggers, the most-watched show on television, but is frightened as she begins to learn the startling truth behind her conception and birth, and the foundation of lies upon which her community was founded.

Book 2: One summer ago, Maggie, a brilliant, but socially inept teen from the wrong side of the tracks, miraculously received an invitation to spend three weeks at Camp Lanier, an exclusive retreat for the daughters of Atlanta's wealthy and elite. However, the trip turns into a nightmare when Maggie is shunned by her peers, culminating in one unthinkably brutal act. Maggie spends the next year plotting her revenge and her return to Camp Lanier, but after doing some digging, quickly learns that taking down Atlanta's richest and meanest won't be as easy or simple as she thought.

  • If a person fall asleep at the wheel and runs into a wall at a high rate of speed, dying instantly...?

would the cops be able to tell by examining the body and the scene that the drive was asleep at the wheel, would it look like a suicide, or would it be inconclusive? Research for a story I m writing.

  • Gluten intolerance?

I never thought I was gluten-intolerant before, but I have been carb cycling for about a month, where you eat high carbs one day and low the next, and on my high carb day yesterday I ate pasta and felt so sick after. Does this mean I always had a gluten allergy and it just came more pronounced after reducing carbs, or is it a side effect of the diet? I used to eat pasta almost everyday.

  • I found a stray puppy and took him to the local shelter, but don't think this was the right choice?

I thought this shelter had a good reputation according to the research I did online, but after I surrendered the animal I talked to one of the workers and learned this wad not the case, only a third of the animals get adopted, the rest are euthanised. Has anyone else dealt with this situation? Can I go back and say I changed my mind or want to move him to a better shelter? I have a small apt with one dog already that is a handful or else I would have kept him, I'm just so worried he'll be mistreated.

  • Wacky celebrity baby names?

I need help for a wacky celebrity baby name for a character I'm writing about. She's a b-list sitcom actress, desperate for her star to rise, wanting a nutty name to get her name in the gossip rags and get more twitter followers?

I was thinking something in the vein of Blue Ivy, like Green Magnolia, or Magnolia Eleven, like Posh and Becks' daughter Harper Seven. Let me know if you have any other suggestions?

  • good middle names for the name Jane?

This is for a character in a story I'm writing, she had a difficult to pronounce last name, and is a professional singer/songwriter, kind of like Adele or Alicia Keys, so I'm thinking that she drops the last name and goes by her first and middle names professionally.

A few ideas: Jane Elyse, Jane Isabella, Jane Winter, Jane Serena. Let me know if you have any other suggestions. Thanks!

  • This is a question regarding head injuries?

it actually relates to a story I'm working on. One of the characters is shoved, loses her balance and strikes her head on a rock, briefly losing consciousness. She gets a medical exam, is diagnosed with a mild concussion and is sent home. Two days later, she dies because of a brain bleed that went unnoticed by her doctor. Is this possible? I think I've read about it happening before to people in real life, but just wanted to make sure.

  • Does anyone know of a nice restaurant to have a small dinner reception in Destin, FL?

I'm getting married on the beach with only about 30 guests and I just want to take everyone out to a nice dinner afterward. Any input from people who are more familiar with the restaurants there would be extremely helpful.
