  • Will someone help me "get a life"?

I am an unemployed 19 year old college student sitting at home (my parents home) on a Friday night- alone.

I have **** social skills, but I still want a more "stimulating" life.

    What should I do?

  • She seems to be going through some psychological episode. Should I still move on and ignore her?

But my only proof that it is an episode is what she is posting on Facebook. She will not talk to me at all so I have no other evidence.

From what I have seen, her pictures are very dark and disturbing. Many are sexual, many are violent, and some are just irrational.

For example, she posted "There are no dead trees" and "Do any bulls not die?". She speaks another language, and she is mixing her English and that other language together very irrationally. For example "O Veve in love, da".

Her current profile picture is of a girl bloodied, holding a chainsaw.

This is completely different from how she was a month ago when she randomly started ignoring me. We were talking for 4 months before that.

I want to be empathetic, and I am concerned about her well-being, but I don't know what would be best. Should I leave her alone and move on, or try to help her (and probably make her even more angry)? It would be best for me to just move on, but I want to help her if I can.

Anyone with knowledge on bipolar disorder would be greatly appreciated.

  • "The moment seizes you" or "you seize the moment"?

Respect to Boyhood and Richard Linklater.

    And Waking Life.

    And Bernie.

  • Tell me about yourself. Where are you from? How old are you? What is your passion? What is interesting about you? Why are you here?

You don't have to be too personal. Don't even tell me your name. I just want to know something about YOU. The internet has a way of dehumanizing people and I am curious as to who is behind these internet personas.

  • How do normal people cope with loneliness?

I am naturally an introvert but I was also diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome. So socializing for me is very hard. But recently I met a girl and talked to her for about 4 months. She seemed like she cared about me. We talked for hours every day. But then out of no where she disappeared. She told me not to talk to her again, blocked my number and Facebook, and has discarded me like it meant nothing. I did nothing, but I apologized for everything I could think of. Still she ignores me.

I had gotten used to being lonely but now that I have experienced what it is like to be under the impression that someone cares about me, I cannot cope with loneliness anymore.

    Any suggestions?

Going out and making new friends IS NOT easy for me. So please do not suggest that. I went to a theme park and ON THE ROLLER COASTERS I couldn't stop thinking about her. Even that level of stimulus could not keep my mind off this loneliness. So just distracting myself will not work.

  • Why am I irritated...?

By my mom's crying. Emotion in general irritates me. I've been diagnosed with Aspergers and other mental disorders. Could Aspergers be the reason?

Is there anything I can do about it?

  • Why would a girl...?

Ask me what time it is? We were in a library with multiple observable clocks. And who doesn't have a cell phone?

    Was this flirting?

  • Weightlifting injury HELP. Please?

I was doing flies and I felt something pop in my armpit area. I have full flexibility, but I am now only able to do 6 push ups in a row as opposed to 65 in a row. The push-ups are causing significant pain, and I feel some pain when resting.

Should I be concerned about a pectoral tear, or is it just a minor injury?

I have a rugby match Sunday; if it is minor, will I be able to play?

  • Are the number of zombies in the walking dead realistic?

Since zombies can't open doors, wouldn't most be stuck in buildings and cars?

And even if they were outside, how could they get so far from the city?

I imagine the zombies in the show are from survivors that died, but still it seems a bit much. I mean could go days without seeing anyone in the forest, yet there are- apparently- thousands of zombies in this forest.

I realize it is just a TV show, but it still is bothering me.

Reading comments on the internet and seeing all the road rage is starting to convince me people enjoy anger.
