I’ve been taking iron supplements and doing 20-30minutes nonstop on a eliptical everyday except weekends. Will this help with my very bad period cramps? I read online that it can, but does anyone have experience?

Do guys always contact their ex if their ex seems to have disappeared. This is if the break up was out of anger, somewhat planned, no cheating, and lots of stress was involved. My ex and I broke up three months ago and hes now with a girl he's known since 8th grade. To try and make a long story short everyone he knows was like "its about time" when he started dating the other girl but he texted me saying he missed me and I told him he shouldnt and that she should be happy and he said he wasnt. I asked why a few times then told him a i loved him and wanted him to be happy (he broke up with me) and he said he loved me back. He still hasnt deleted kik when he only uses it to talk to me and when he doesnt want to talk to me he deletes it. I ended up telling him everything anyway even though he said no, but he just read it and didn't respond. Is he really done talking to me or will he call me again? I'm supposed to start my period in one week and it is always on time. I got a large manta ray tattoo on my foot. I had one pimple and left it alone. Then got two more. Now I have a couple on my foot. No white heads, but they're very itchy (I WILL NOT SCRATCH IT). I switched to lotion when it started happening and wash my foot with "soft" hand soap with lukewarm water. What's the cause of this? I've had the tattoo for a week and a half and the scabs aren't falling off yet. Just kinda cracking and doing its thing.

I have a NSB board and it is mostly white. I havent had a chance to use it yet, and I stored it in my garage. There are a bunch of black finger prints on it that wont wash off with soap and water. The board has blue on it,but the underside is all white (which is where the stains are). I was wondering what would get the black stains off? Would bleach water work?

So this guy i use to like broke up with me 2 months ago. he was completely obsessed with me. liked me from the first time he saw me, bought me lunch almost every weekend, got scared when i didn't text him, followed my best friends on instagram, and talked to my sister about me all the time.

he said we could be friends (yeah right!) i said sure and was completely down for it. He talked to me when we worked then made every convo awk. the next week he didn't talk to me at all. so i decided "No im not playing this game".

I was on vacation for 5 weeks and got back this past saturday. I had unfollowed him on instagram cause he kept posting pictures with a bunch of girls. I didnt feel like getting hurt. Well once this past saturday came i avoided him. I wasnt going to play his stupid little game of talk and avoid. He (30 mins before I left) said hi to me with a tone that said "I know your avoiding me, look, Im right here", he had talked to his best friend and kept glancing at me when he did it, but i decided to ignore it best i could. He showed his friend something on my phone once. also i ignored that. I just had a feeling he was trying to get under my skin.

After he said hi with his the tone/look of i know what youre doing, I started getting curious. Like why talk to me when Im avoiding you? You stopped talking to me 2 months ago. Then the next day he had posted a picture of him and this girl in his car at the beach.

So I recently started liking this guy I work with and I talked to my dad about it. At first he said it wouldn't last cause he's not a Christian and I had anxiety the next morning. Me and the guy talked it out and he wanted to be a Christian. Not because of me anymore. But three days have past and the anxiety is getting worse. Me and my dad talked again and I told him about the guy wanting to be a christian and he said it could work but only if we worked on our friendship which I'm totally ok with. He was going to come to church but the anxiety got so bad that I threw up four times and idk why! The guy and my parents haven't said anything to upset me and me and the guy talk every day.

Anxiety has only happened once and it was two years ago. The guy I liked at the time was out of the country and we had been arguing a lot. I had anxiety the whole time he was gone and I had it after we broke up.

Why do I have it with the guy who makes me happy? It literally happened right after me and my dad talked the first time.

I want to get my jeep repainted this summer. Its currently a navy blue, but I want to go for a lighter blue to make it look a bit girly. Its a 09 Wrangler.
