  • Help! Major need of clothes!?

    I recently gave away a lot of my clothes to Goodwill and a yard sale for cheerleading and realized that I only have about five shirts now!

    Ah! School starts in about a week and I have nothing to wear. So I have been looking online for things to buy but having terrible luck.

    What are some good stores to buy off of online that aren't to pricey?

  • I Help to gain 4 lbs, any ideas?

    Rules (by my parents) for me to keep doing cheerleading is that I have to be a healthy weight for my height. The doctor told me 120 was a good number for me so that's what I'm shooting for.

    I still have 4 lbs to go.. but really need some good pointers to speed up the process. I'm drinking ensures twice a day with snacks and working out.

    Any ideas? Anything? I'm looking to gain good weight and be able to still maintain.

    Okay so lets get down to business.

    Tomorrow is two of my best friends birthday parties and we really need some good drink mixing ideas to use with Smirinoff Vodka.

    We have a half gallon (plus some cases and Bud light lime) for pretty much ourselves. *BYOB.

    Buuuut we bought a ton of juices and some sodas too for any mixing involved. Any good drink ideas?

  • Well can anyone relate/help?

    I have been trying to gain some weight and I really need help.

    I am thin currently (but recently gained about 10lbs) and still have a bit to go.

    About three weeks ago, I was only 101lbs and I'm 5'4 5'5. Not healthy, I KNOW. Being in the hospital for weight and heart problems really opened my eyes with that, and I don't need another scary experience like that ever again..

    BUT ANYWAYS! -How can I gain the right weight I need?

    I pretty much gained it all back in my legs, face, and stomach, and don't really need it all going there.

    What foods should I be eating and what kind of workouts should I be doing to gain weight in places like your shoulders and such?

    I really need to even myself out.

    Ha im in tech math, (not good not good.) so im not too great at this stuff.

  • Vegetarian trying to gain some muscle. HELP!?

    Okay so all my life i have had terrible weight problems.

    Whenever i was younger, i came to a point that i almost weighed 200lbs.

    I always just sorta made myself think that i was somewhat overweight, but that i had a bigger build.

    Now (years later) im 15 years old (16 this year) 5' 4.5'' tall.

    and i weigh 106.

    Two weeks ago i weighed in at 111. I don't even know how i did that!

    Im having to go to the school nurse all the time at school for it, people make rude comments, and i am deciding that it will be best for me to gain weight.

    I'm a cheerleader, a base actually.. and i need to know of some good healthy ways to gaining some pounds the right way and be toned.

    Cheerleading won't really start till football season so i need other ways to keep active now and over the summer.

    -Vegetarian. *well i only eat fish*

    -Lactose.

    -Not going to always be too active.

    Please, help.

    Well i haven't had my period since around the end of January.

    And i know i can't be pregnant (there is no way, i haven't gone that far since November and i was totally fine.)

    I have recently lost weight but i did it a healthy way.

    And it wasn't a ton or anything..

    Im 5'5 112lbs if that helps any? Im just worried about what to do.

    I still get moody and everything once a month, just nothin in the undies!
