I got the results back from my AFOQT test and am displeased. My ASVAB score was much better: "ADMIN-99 ELECTRICAL-99 GENERAL-97 MECHANICAL-99."

My AFOQT scores were: "Pilot-94 Navigator-99 Acad Aptitude-99 Verbal-98 Quantitative-99."

If I took a similar test again I think I would do much better on the pilot section since I now know what kind of questions will be asked and be able to study the aspects of flight they would like my to answer. Unfortunately they have changed the test as of January 1st. Are the pilot sections similar?

From the AFI I noticed that Aeronautical badges are mandatory if they are earned. Are space wings considered aeronautical?

If I get space wings does that mean I now have to go to flight medicine? Or is it just evidence I took a space 100 class?

I am looking for any and all information regarding how the appointment of our electoral colleges are appointed around the country. As I understand it, states are left to decide themselves how to appoint but I have yet to find ANY references on an official application or appointment system based on merit.

Other states I am interested in learning about are Oregon, California, Minnesota and Colorado.

If you have any experience in this in any other state you are more than welcome to chime in.

My wife is in MN and she needs to submit her deers form to get an ID and enroll in tricare. Does anyone have the address of the buildings that do these things? If not the addresses then perhaps the phone numbers? Thank you.

My wife and I dated for over 5 years when I joined the Air Force. During BMT I asked to her marry me in Aug 2011. But then I found out she wouldn't be able to PCS with me after tech school unless we were already married. We also couldn't afford the wedding without the extra BAH. (I was already helping her back home with the rent from my lowly E1 pay). So we got married over exodus so we could afford to have a ceremony in the spring after I graduate and so all the paperwork would be done when we PCS.

At the wedding should we tell people that we got married back in December without them. We have only told her mom and sister. None of my family knows. Or should we just keep that to ourselves?

Do we put both dates on the cards or just one? Which date do we put on stuff? I don't want to confuse my guests or lie to them. Or make the feel like they are coming to a 'fake' wedding.

Do any military couple have advice? Do any civilians have any input? Thank you for your time.

When the car is baking in the sun it starts having gasoline problems. The car acts like it is running out of gas. There are NO symptoms when it is nice and chilly out (75 or cooler). The problem is not dependent on my driving style. It will do this while going 70 on a freeway or just going though town.

The radiator seems to be working fine because both the intake and output hoses are hot and the thermometer in the dash reads cold when you start the car and slowly rises to the middle where it stays.

I have used 2 bottles of Fuel Injector Cleaner in the past 40 gallons.

I have replaces the fuel filter and fuel pump out of desperation.

The battery was replaced.

The alternator works great (14.5V)

The spark plugs have just been replaced.

I need to drive back to MN from Portland OR and my car will not drive in the heat of Montana. Please help me troubleshoot this car.

There are similar symptoms in the 1990 Acura with a Main Relay issue. Does anyone know if this could be the issue and wouldn't this trigger a check engine light which I do not have?

I bought a .40 cal Hi-point Carbine. I was very skeptical at first because it was so cheap. But the accuracy was impressive (the scope was already aligned perfectly from the pawn shop) and I liked the trigger pull.

So I bought a .40 cal pistol to go with it. Neat thing is that the carbine mag and the pistol mag is identical. Both are 10 round clips and fit each other fine. Well I know I can get a 15 round clip for my carbine, but I heard rumors that there are 20 round clips.

Does anyone know where to find these mysterious 3rd party manufacturer 20 round clips?

My girlfriend wants to know if she can get her eviction expunged. She rented a town home seven years ago with two other tenants and after six months was evicted for failing to pay rent.

They never contacted her. She tried to get an apartment last week and they told her that because she had an eviction notice on her record she needed to contact the landlord of that property and get proof she didn't owe them anything.

They said she owed them $4,000 for cleaning, back rent and other misc fees. Don't feel bad for the landlord, they made over $8,000 in rent and were able to write off $12,000 in income taxes.

She asked for a detailed bill which said she owed them $0.00 because everything had been written off as bad debt. That $0.00 was crossed out and $12,000 was put in it's place. Then they said that they would accept $6,000 if she could come up with it.

It doesn't seem legal for them to ask for money that they have already taken a tax write off on. Because it was seven years ago, they can't even amend their taxes to correct it so these seems outright fraudulent and I have a feeling that any court would agree that if the debt is written off, it is gone. Is this a good reason for getting an expungement?

It also says that if you can prove that it is in the best interest of the public that she be allowed to expunge the record that it should be so. What are good arguments for proving that it would be in the best interest of the public?

If a ramp measures 6 feet in length and 3 feet in height, an object weighing 200 pounds will require how much effort to move using the ramp?

I know that mechanical advantage is simply the ratio of force over distance. Using no ramp and lifting directly into the air there is a pressure of 200 lbs for 3 ft. If you use a 6 foot ramp shouldn't the force be 100lbs over 6 ft? Twice the distance, half the effort right?

I have a TV tuner card that is incompatible with anything over 3GB of RAM and I need to trick Vista 64 into thinking there is only 3GB instead of 8GB and I would prefer not to have to remove 3 sticks of memory just to watch tv. I wouldn't be opposed to rebooting the computer to switch it back and forth.

Any one heard of a program that can do this?
