Just wondering if anyone has had to terminate a pregnancy for medical reason? Please dont respond telling me what I may need to do is murder etc, I am not for abortions at all but also do not have a lot of options.

I am currently 12 weeks pregnant with our 1st child, and absolutely overjoyed, my partner & I have been together for 10 years and this is something we have wanted for a very long time.

I had my 12 week scan 2 days ago, and was informed that the skull/bone area around the brain has not formed, therefore leaving the brain exposed, and at this stage of the pregnancy it is not likely to close as it should. If the pregnancy continues, the baby will either be still born or die within hours of being born.

I am yet to meet with the specialists so I dont know if this is a decision they will make for me or leave up to me to heartbreakingly make.

Has anyone been in this sort of situation before?

Has anyone had one of these removed and gone on to get pregnant? I had a large fibriod removed from my uterus almost 5 months ago. I am all clear to attempt getting pregnant now but I have been having really short periods due to the fibriod. Just wondering if anyone has managed to get pregnant soon after having them removed and how soon?

My partner and I have started trying for our first baby. I have recently had a fibriod tumour removed from my uterus and have been given the all clear to try for a baby.!! The surgeon did mention that because my periods only last 2-3 days that I probably dont ovulate. I was just wondering really if anyone else out there only has really short periods and has still gotten pregnant? I am almost 33 years old so keen to get the ball rolling on this one!!!!

Looking at accomdoation for May this year.. I see the Hilton looks amazing with jacuzzis on your deck (well for the room we are looking at) but its 15 minute trip out of town.

Was that a major for anyone? we will be hiring a car when there so no big deal I guess. I like the idea of being able to walk into town but heard its also quite nosiy to stay in there...

I am getting an iphone 4 but will not be using itunes and I have an itouch and also i dont have the internet at home to register the iphone to, to be able to use itunes, will i come against any issues not using itunes on this, i have heard I may not be able to upload photos to facebook thru the ph without having it registered to itunes, if anyone knows that would be super.

I had some tinfoil on the bottom of the oven which has melted to it, how can I get it off???

No real reason in particular, my partner & I were there a year or so ago and are debating over what it is? It wasnt anything flash, right opposite the entry to the Pier.

My partner and I were there a couple of years ago, we really loved it, would love to go back before we settle & have kids. Having recentely bought a house money for a wedding is looking out of the picture and to be honest Id rather have a holiday back to the states (We are from New Zealand) and swing by Vegas and get hitched there!!

Is that tacky? I dont know what people think about getting married in Vegas... We have been together 6 years so not like we just met!!

Oh and also if anyone knew of any little chapels they could suggest that would be great too!

I am coming to America later this year for a 2 week holiday... what are your thoughts on hiring a car? I am coming from NZ so for a start would be driving on the wrong side of the road!! I am 29 with a full license, what terms can you drive over there? would i need ot sit a driving test and would insurance excesses be out the roof?

Was in the state last year and missed heaps of things due to be limited to public transport, dont want to miss out again!

so we were in Santa Monica recently (from New Zealand) and thought we'd jump on a bus to Malibu, seemd to take ages so we jumped off at the Malibu Pier, nothing there so crossed the road and went home.. i keep seeing these amazing beaches on tv etc at Malibu.. did we jump off the bus too soon?? were there shops along the beach etc??just a bit curious as it seemed like we;d been on the bus waaay too long and we thought that was it.

they are obviously a really big deal in the states, i live in NZ (new zealand) and they are always in the paper and on e! and MTV and i have no idea who they are! im pressuming they have a reality show that we dont get here. What makes them so special? whats the big deal?

Does anyone know of any markets near Pattaya in Thailand? My boyfriend is staying at the Mecure Hotel in Pattaya next week, i want him to get me some stuff but dont now what markets or shops are around. Looking for stuff like cheap ed hardy gear etc?

So I was in santa monica in March and was told to catch a bus to malibu to check it out, told it was about 15 mins on th ebus... after 30 mins we couldnt see anywhere that resembled what its made out to be and saw the Malibu pier and jumped off there. Didnt do much, had lunch at th eburger bar across the road and went home. Now im curious, if we have kept going would we have eventually come across the big deal everyone talks about or is Malibu a bit of a hit & miss

this will be my 1st visit to the states, and I have no idea where anything is, I won a trip and need to get from Ramada West Hollywood to Manhattan beach where the 90210 show is filming a segment.

Hopefully its easy to get there, can anyone help???
