  • What does this mean--job interview?

    I am a medical transcriptionist with 10 years experience. I've been working at home and not happy...anyway I have an interview with a local hospital on Monday. They called me Friday and told me to come a little early to sign papers for a background check....does this mean they are interested in me or am I reading to much into it.?
