Hi! so my cat just had kittens and shes been acting kind of weird biting herself and hissing and we just found a flea! • My Cat Had Kittens!!! What do I do??

My cat had kittens last night and we got her checked by the vet today to make sure everything was okay! But tonight we couldnt find her and we noticed one of the babies was missing! We found the kitty in the basement in a box. we immediately moved it and returned it to the room where she has been keeping them. we placed the same box in the room and she moved the kittens into there but now she has moved them again into her carrying cage. Why does she keep moving her kittens? does she feel threatened? Also should we worry about her harming her kittens? i read online that if a cat feels like she is in danger she will kill her young. I DEFINETLY DO NOT WANT THIS! any suggestions/ answers would be amazing!
