Gaining weight for muscle?
i have recently lost 100 pounds from doing cardio and lifting everyday i still do that every day but i need to gain about 15 pounds to be at 165 can i eat ice cream after my dinner or is that just gonna give me weight in the wrong places need a good answer no guesses please

i am trying t maintain my weight and i was wondering if my breakfast was good
6:30 about a cup and a half of special K with protein 160 cals
soy milk 3/4 cup 90 cals
1 banana 100 cals
and fat free cottage cheese 70 cals
im trying to maintain weight cause ive been droping it to fast im 6 feet 1 inches 151 pounds and i workout everyday

Its not a weight loss diet im just trying to maintain weight i have recently lost 100 pounds i am 16 6 feet 1 inches tall and around 151 pounds im just trying to maintain weight i workout 7 days a week on cardio for a minimum of 35 minutes and i lift 4 days. I really just need a meal sample of what i should eat because right now i just barley get 1000 calories
