My sister in law's dog has some sort of a rash that is causing her coat to have patches, her nose turned pink and she just looks miserable. Does anyone know what this could be and how to treat it?

I got injured 2 months ago and they diagnosed me with a Lumbar Spine injury. I went to Physical Therapy, then had Chiropractic care for 2 months and the pain won't go away. I'm supposed to have an MRI done, but awaiting approval. Why doesn't my back heal? I don't get it?

I recently found out I am a U.S. Citizen of the United States through my parents as they became naturalized before I turned 18 years old.
