I feel so fat all the time, but I can't stop eating crap. People tell me I'm skinny but I just can't believe them, when I look in the mirror I feel like crying cause I feel like my body is disgusting. I always worry about calories but sometimes I binge and eat so much junk. I don't know whats wrong with me, my bmi is 18.1 and it says normal weight but I feel so fat. I weigh 50 kg and I'm around 166cm tall. Help please, how can I stop feeling this way??? I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin
