I am 23 years old and I am 5 ft tall, I weigh about 130 lbs. I used to weigh about 160 but I started Adderall for my ADHD and went down to 120, some stuff happened and I got depressed and went down to 110. I looked amazing and loved how I looked. I was never more confidant in my life, but now that I am happy I am back up to 130. I was a little upset about it but not devistated... until I had my physical done and I found out that not only do I have high triglycerides but I have 33% body fat and I am overweight. I want to try serious exercising for the first time ever in my life but I don't want to do crunches, I tried doing them but I feel like I just got muscle bulk under my chub cuz I looked heavier.... not exactly what I am going for -_-

I want to start jogging and I know I have to ease into it but how should I start? 20 mins a day, 30, 40? I want to jog with ankle weights because I heard that will help quicker, how much should they weigh? Should I start right away or build up to it? How will I know when I'm ready to add them? Also, to the ladies, even in sports bra's my breasts hurt when I run/jog even for short times... my fiancee said that he's sure that will go away but uhhhh hes a guy, lol. Does it? ooor do you have any tips? Maybe I need a stronger sports bra or to wear it with a bra? I have the walmart ones lol, Im not a fancy girl.

I also want to do some exercises I saw in a magazine but I don't understand the directions. Sorry if that sounds dumb but I don't. I think its 15 reps per arm/leg- what are reps? Is it short for repition? How do I know if I should hold the position for a certain amount of time/how long? I think it also said to do them for 20 minutes - so if I do 15 reps and it takes me 10 mins should I do another 15? I am so utterly confused.

I want to get healthy and look good, firm but not hard. I know I need to eat healthier but I am a very busy person between work (which is 30 mins from home) doing what I love (co-founder of a local ferret rescue/fostering group. I have four ferrets of my own and they're a lot to keep up with) and picking up my fiancee from work. I don't want to give up my passion and fiancee can't drive atm, but I need to get healthy as heart problems run in both sides of my family.. (plus, come on- who doesn't want to look fab on their wedding day?? I have time though, I'm still trying to decide weather I want a spring or fall wedding) Does anyone have advice on where to get quick recipies that are healthy? I would have time to cook more if I didn't have to pick him up, but I do so I only have a short while to cook.. and I am aweful at time management.

Im in VA approx 39 miles from the epicenter of that 5.8/5.9 (they keep changing it) earthquake.. my apartment building was made in like the 1960's (I'm pretty sure) and it has always seemed.. erm... weak I guess is the best way to put it. I was at work when it happened but I got home and my apartment is a total mess.. I don't see any cracks or anything, though. I was watching the news and they were showing firemen checking buildings in Richmond City and they were talking about home owners getting their homes checked for broken pipes, non visual structural damage, gas leaks (which I don't smell any gas).. I forget everything they said because I just kept thinking, if I live in an apartment (with super crappy management at that) how can I be sure things have been (or will get) checked out and are/will be safe? So that is my major question along with, is there anything I should do... or should avoid doing until I know things are safe?

I am only 23 but I have chronic joint pain, doc dismisses it saying I'm too young for arthritis & chronic joint pain... I work in her clinic and she keeps it extremely cold. In the winter I can wear long johns under my scrubs but in the summer its so cold inside and so hot outside that when I leave my glasses fog, my ipod fogs and I immediately begin to sweat so long johns are out of the question. (Sometimes I even get a headache after I go outside, patients complain all the time but she wont turn the ac off- she even keeps it on in the winter) I am contracted there by the company I actually work for and I tried to transfer once and nothing happened.

The worst pain is in my knee- and sometimes it wont start up until I get inside the frigid clinic, its not as bad/sometimes goes away when I go outside in the warm air.. any ideas of how to keep my knee warm while I'm working?

I am about to buy my very first home! My mom said that before I make an offer I should check with VDOT (virginia department of transportation) to make sure that the road in front of the house isn't going to be widened (it is one of the major roads in the area) but I don't know where to find the info. I tried VDOT's web page but didn't see any plans on it, she said she heard it was going to happen in the future though. I have a friend who works for VDOT and he said he hasn't heard anything about it- any ideas about where I can find out for sure? Also, she said to call the sheriff's department and find out if it is a problem area and check on line to see if there are any registered sex offenders in the area. I plan on doing those things soon but I was curious if there are any other odd-ball things that I should look into, things that aren't in the 'first time buyers' guides (which generally only talk about the financial side and buying process) I would appreciate your suggestions :)

I am working on a short story and to me, names are a big thing. Weather or not I particularly like double barrelled/hyphenated names isn't important. However, having good ones for my current role of characters is important because it will come into play in the story. I have a list of ones I've made up but I would like to have a few more, from a fresh eye, so to speak. I want them to be clever (Example: Flint-Skye or Wendy-Willow) I am looking for suggestions for both male and female names that have to do with nature; plants, minerals, gemstones, etc. Something that could be a real first name but still has a cleaver meaning.

I have two ferrets, one is 3 and the other 5. They have never been aggressive or bitten me, ever. Recently I have had some issues with my left wrist, my doctor thinks there may be a cyst inside, and they will bite it and scratch at it (not in a vicious manner, it doesn't even hurt at all when they do it). I thought it was weird but not freaky enough for me to certainly believe they can tell that somethings wrong. We met a fellow ferret owner in our area and decided to have a play date, even her ferrets bit and scratched at my left wrist. None of her ferrets nor my ferrets have touched/gone after my right wrist, just the left one that may have a cyst. I have laid on the floor in my living room while my ferrets were playing in another part of the living room and they both come over and fuss with my left wrist, ignoring the right one like it doesn't exist. I just thought it was so strange and wondering if anyone else had experienced anything like this?

My tv is pretty old so I cant always read the button icons that tell you what to press to do what. I started fable 3 as the prince/king, I beat it but Im doing it again as the princess and I want to use the prince/king to give the princess money and items. When i am signed in with both and I have the prince/king look at the princess or vice versa and it has "A" for interact and what looks like "LB" for gift. I have hit LB, LT and pushed the L joystick down- still it does nothing but tell me the name of my other profile- What to I have to do to gift her items?

Ok so I had a sim who was so close to achieving her lifetime goal and she dies, then he ghost was around the house for a while and I was trying all I could to get enough Karma points to save her (75 and yea i already bought the karma power) I couldn't get enough in time. The night that she disappeared I got enough, it said that she MAY come back but I can no longer find her grave stone (it disappeared off my lot along with her) does that mean that she will never come back or what?

I have psoriasis of the face, scalp and neck that didn't start until I was 18ish. I am 22 now and it just started getting super bad! I have been trying a bunch of different things, including creams from the doctor and most stuff makes it worse. A few things I have tried make it better for a little while but it doesn't last, even though I am still using the stuff. My fiancee who is from Honduras, swears by this stuff called Crema de Concha Nacar aka Mother of Pearl Cream... I heard that 100% pure extra virgin Coconut Oil clears up Psoriasis in days and prevents it from coming back. Saturday I went out and bought some, not realizing that he went out and bough me the Mother of Pearl cream. He was begging me and begging me to try it and I was like "fine" since I hadn't tried the coconut oil yet. I put it on yesterday and my skin FELT better (less itchy/painful) and the redness reduced a little but the patches of dry seemed to look harder i guess u could say? And this morning I was super itchy and he told me to keep using the concha nacar because it takes a few days to start working. I read online that it is mostly for acne scars and anti-aging.. which makes me nervous cause stuff for acne and anti-aging usually irritates my skin. He said it will work in 4 days and to just trust him.. Should I wait or should I just start using the coconut oil?

I must have a very strange body or something, I am not an over weight person (118lbs, 5ft nothing) but whenever I put jeans on that fit my crotch, thighs and butt, they are too tight around my waist which = muffin top! Eck! However, if I go up a size to accommodate my waist they are way too baggy around my crotch, thighs and butt which I can't stand either. I was hoping maybe someone knows an exercise (not crunches cause I have done those and it makes me too boxy) that will firm up around my hips and tummy? Thank you!

my brother moved to singapore for 2 years, before he left he lent me his brand new 360 and this past friday was incredibly busy (my apartment was surprise bug bombed, but i was told electronics should be fine and my grandfather was going into open heart 5 bypass surgery) so i get home and on sunday morning before i proceeded cleaning my apartment i turn on the 360 to play a little and i get the error code E68. I don't have internet at hom, Im at work now i looked it up and read that this may be a problem with the fans rather than the hard drive, so here i am hoping maybe someone could save me from a day of worrying - if I take off the extra fan my brother has on it, may that work? Am I totally doomed? I know he has like special updates/exp packs on his 360 and he will KILL me if i kill IT and I don't even know all the updates/exp packs he has to replace them and if i ask him i KNOW he will know i killed it. Help?

So they are doing a mandatory roach bomb in my apartment building today and when I got the notice last night, it said all animals must go and birds had to stay away from apartment for 24 hours after the people were done, I know that ferrets (much like birds) have very sensitive respiratory systems so I was wondering: Do my ferrets have to stay away for 24 hours or can they come home sooner? We're all at my moms waiting it out now but I was wondering..?

I am getting my first apartment and I have been renting a room in my friends house, when I moved there I didn't realize the roach problem and it's so disgustingly out of hand. I have a chihuahua and two ferrets so I'm worried about using pesticides but I move into my new apartment this weekend and I *so* do not want to bring them with me. How can I get them out of my couch/mattress? I don't want to use roach spray on cloth items, though the couch is leather but then I'm afraid I'll damage the leather.. ughhh and how do I make sure I don't bring any eggs to my **new** place? Please help! Thank you!

I am going to be renting my first apartment VERY soon, when I went to talk to all the appartments in the area I over heard a snippet of the Leaser's conversation with the new leasee and it was about renters insurance. What questions should I ask about renters insurance? How do I know what is too much to pay for renters insuracne if I don't have many friends with apartments and most of them don't have it? My fiancee is an AMAZING cook, it was his profession for years... I, however, am not. I mean I'm not terrible but I'm not incredibly "skilled". My cooking usually consists of rice cooked in stock {seafood, chicken or beef depending on what meat I'm making) some kind of seasoned meat with veggies, tortillas, crema and beans. Or Empanadas.. Or something with pasta. We only have a stove top atm, the actual oven isn't working- i do have a toaster oven for the time being though haha. Anyway, I want to cook him something extra special tonight and I'm not sure what. He's never had my pasta sauce before so i was thinking maybe that {its amazing, passed down in the family from Sicily} but I kinda wanted something fancier. So I was wondering, does any one have a recipe that's not out of this world difficult and that will taste like it is out of this world difficult that i can cook on a stove top or am i dreaming? I have 2 adopted ferrets, Kahlua (my female) was adopted in January she is roughly a year and a half old. She came to me practically dead with no fur on her tail and thin brittle fur on the rest of her body, after a few months of TLC she had a long beautiful coat. It was still cold and my mom's ferrets both had their long winter coats so i just figured thats all it was.. well they've lost their winter coats now and have short fur where as Kahlua doesn't. Her fur is still very long, while doing some investigation i stubled along the Angora ferret (aka the long haired ferret) but looking at the pictures their fur seems to be longer than hers... 3 weeks ago I adopted a ferret (Mojito) who is roughly 2 years old, he too has this long, thick fur. So, I was beggining to think maybe my moms ferrets are weird.. These are not out first ferrets, before these ones we had ferrets but it was long ago and no one can seem to remember which set looks more "normal" so we took them to see my brother's friends ferrets.. they have shorter fur resembling my moms ferrets too.. took them to compair with my sister's friends ferrets... they too have shorter hair. BOTH of my ferrets we're bought by the original owners from Marshall Farms.. ALL of the ferrets im talking about are Marshall Farms ferrets actually.. So what is up with my two? WHY is their fur *so* long and thick? I heard that you could have 3/4, 1/4, 1/2 angoras- could marshalls maybe have experimented with that & thats why their fur is so long? I am only asking because I am worried because Angoras have so many health issues and Im worried mine will too.
