Hi I love writing and I'm writing new novel. I have already decided on a few names (the main female lead and her brothers). I still need a name for her sister, the main male lead, the other male lead (the first one is the one she will end up with), her mum, her 4 dance teachers, 1 art teacher, 1 scrap booking teacher and 1 creative writing teacher. Also her two BFFL's and her inspiration (a female) and her dad.

I want unique names and creative names.

The second male lead is a bit of a stuck up person while the first one is more laid back and funny.

Her sister is a little brat.

Her teachers need to be creative names as it is an art school.

Her 2 BFFL's need to be normal, yet unique (if you know what I mean)

Her dad needs to have an unusual name.

Her mum needs a boring name.

And her inspiration needs to be creative, unique and something that goes with Rosie.

Also I need a name for a babysitter so as normal as possible please.

I have started many stories and I think in my opinion that they are quite good. I have given them to family and friends to look at, my smart friends that can proof it. And they have all said they are really good. The next step now is getting it published. I want to get published, but I don't know how.

Can you please help me.

Here is a snipet of one of my stories:

I hadn’t realised how dark it was until, the food had been served and I had had a couple of helpings and I could see the glow of the moon. I knew I had to get in, but how? My life was hanging on by a thread, and moonlight just made things worse. I would go out of control and I wouldn’t be able to stop.

I looked at my watch 7:49. 18 minutes until the moon rose. Crap! I raced all over the boat looking for my friend Sarah.

I found her steering the boat, well trying to.

10 minutes had passed.

“Sarah! 8 minutes until the moon rises! I need to get home!” I screamed.

“Sorry Sam. I’m going full power,” Sarah apologised to me, then she spoke into the microphone that had speakers all over the boat, “Um sorry guys, but I just got a call from my uncle. He wants to know where his boat is because I promised it back at 8pm. And it is now 8. So I’m in trouble if it’s not back in 10. Sorry guys.”

She turned the mic off. And turned the ignition on.

“Thank you. I know it probably jeopardises your chance of getting in the club. But seriously. You don’t want what I have. I need someone to look after me. And you know I can’t tell my parents. They just wouldn’t understand.”

“I know Sam. I didn’t really wanna join anyway. My dad wanted me too. Crap!”

“Why is the boat slowing down? SARAH!” I screamed. “I have 4 minutes to be undercover. EXPLAIN!”

“We’re out of fuel. Hang on,” She grabbed the radio and spoke into it “Help, we’re out of fuel. We are 40km off the shore. HELP! We need to back in 6 minutes.”

Well this wasn’t how I planned my holidays to start – returning to my school. And okay maybe my school has the best need-to-know information, and is the most awesome looking school (believe me I’ve checked out the competition, they got nothing on us!). But still it’s unfair.

I guess I better start at the beginning. My school was founded 318 years ago (1727) by Haley Harrington. In our foyer she has placed her family tree in the foyer, we have had to memorize it so if I wanted to recite the whole thing, I could, (Haley Higglington married Henry Harrington 3 children - 2 girls; Ruby and Charlotte Harrington 1 boy; James… well you get the picture). After her husband passed away, she sent her eldest (her only son) off to join the army. And set up Harrington Grammar. Originally it was a girls school, but about 200 years ago our headmaster decided to change the school to mixed because we were receiving enrolment letters from boys whose sisters came here. Also it was only a school for spying when it was started, but with the discovery of wizards and witches, so many of them wanted to become spies, so it was transformed into a magical spying school. Anyway, the sign next to the gates is a tad bit misleading. It is not a lie. We never lie, but it isn’t the whole truth. It reads: Harrington manor c. 1700 and people that live around us believe that, (we have a large estate, 189 hectares to be precise) and we let them believe that, but to those in the know it is Harrington Grammar a training school for teenage wizards and witches looking to pursue a career in magical spying – field and office.

I guess you want to know what our lives are like. Well I’ll give you my timetable (I have the same subjects every day, it never changes):

8:00am: Math

8:50am: Science

9:40am: English

10:30am: History (Spying)

10:55am: History (Magic)

11:20am: PE (fighting)

12:10pm: Cooking (poisons)

1:00pm: Lunch

1:50pm: Culture

2:10pm: Manners

2:40pm: Manuscripts

3:30pm: MagicOps

3:20pm: Discussion (interrogation)

5:10pm: Own Time (usually used to do homework, well start homework)

6:00pm: Dinner

6:50pm: Own Time (usually used to finish homework)

10:00pm: Bed Time

We are just like any other high school in America, we have dances, football game, sporting houses everything that ordinary schools have except for one difference – we train for REAL!

That one takes a while to get into the action.

Here is another one, my first third person attempt, tell me what you think:

Chapter 1

The chills went down her spine. She was running. She looked behind her and saw her worst nightmare, hot on her feet. She reached a dead end. She gasped. She was cornered. Her nightmare was creeping closer.

Suddenly a ladder fell down from above. She grabbed onto it and started climbing up. She looked up and saw a man in dressed in black. She swung to the side as he climbed past her.

“Keep climbing. I have to cut the ladder,” the man screamed as he passed.

She looked puzzled, but did what he had said. She climbed into the heli

I am trying to find a nice outfit to wear on Christmas Day. I live in Australia so please no American sites. I was thinking a nice black dress. My mum will buy the dress, except she has to like it.

I am picturing my outfit as strapless, black and short. I also have a problem. My great grandma and grandma are coming this year so there goes that fantasy.

So my improved picture is a nice dress with spaghetti straps, with a bow on it around the waist. I want it to come with a jacket in case the weather picks up. Or if you could find a site that has a jacket that will go with a dress, great.

I am trying to find songs to play in Christmas Day, and to get my family and myself in the mood.

Please give me a suggestion list, your favourites and you least favourites (pleas don’t include any of my hates in your suggestion list).

Here are my favourites:

#5 – Jingle Bells. It is a classic carol. It is gorgeous. It is a shame, however, that there have been terrible versions of it. You know ‘Jingle Bells, Batman Smells’ and ‘Jingle Bells Rock’. They are two terrible remixes.

#4 – Santa Claus Is Coming To Town. Lovely, lovely, lovely. It used to be on this little keyboard I had when I was younger.

#3 – Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Love it. Original Christmas Carol. Gorgeous, just gorgeous.

#2 – Silent Night. It would be my favourite, but another song beat it. It is a gorgeous carol and a great way to get your kids asleep at night. It is so lovely, an simple.

#1 – Away In A Manger. It is lovely. Just gorgeous, it is a beautiful version a Jesus’ birth in a song.

Here are my least favourites:

#5 – All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth. It is a terrible song, and is encouraging kids to want to grow up.

#4 – The 12 Days Of Christmas. That song just keeps going on and on and on. Why can’t it be The 3 Days Of Christmas, instead?

#3 – Jingle Bells Rock. It is a terrible remix of a lovely Christmas carol. (Refer to #5 favourites). Why do people change songs? It is just a way of teaching kids violence.

#2 – Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. I love it, but it just goes on, when kids get it stuck in their head.

#1 – Santa Claus Is Coming To Town. Again, I love it, but it just keeps repeating.

Can everyone please tell me what he or she loves about Christmas? I love Christmas and I really do not understand why anyone would hat Christmas. Please tell me five things (starting with five and working to one).

#5 – I love decorating the tree/house. It is a great way to spend time with your family, and is a great way to get you and your family into the Christmas spirit.

#4 – I love singing carols. I love singing carols, because you get to belt out the lyrics and no one cares if you are flat of totally off pitch.

#3 – I love the big Christmas lunch. I love it because it is a great way to have a lovely day with your family. Even if some people do get a bit full.

#2 – I love the presents. No matter what you get or what you give people, as long as you think it comes from the heart.

#1 – I love Santa Clause. It is a great way to keep the kids happy during this time of year.

The five that I hate (please put the five that you hate too please):

#5 – I hate carolers. They just go on and on.

#4 – I hate people getting drunk because it is Christmas. It is just pathetic.

#3 – I hat greedy little kids. Just because they think they have the best life, they do not think of others.

#2 – I hate not knowing what to give people. That just drives me insane.

#1 – I hate trying to think of what you want without sounding greedy. God I hate that.

I know it is a long way until Christmas Day, but I want to know what to wear. I was thinking of a green summery dress I have with a red shawl as a belt, but then I thought if someone gave me an outfit, I could wear it.

There is always the shopping alternative (save my pocket money and then go shopping before Christmas and get a nice outfit).

I have 8 weeks of holidays and need some fun ideas to do. Please I don't want to be bored all summer.

I have homework for health due on Monday and at the moment we are studying drugs. Usually at the end of every lesson our teacher gives us homework and this weeks homework was to find some laws on tobacco smoking in public. And he never gives us any information. So I have been trying to find some laws and I can't find any. These laws need to be in Australia.

I am in Year 7 (Aussie High School) I am 12 and I have had the following dream a couple of times.

I was bored in maths one day and I had this random daydream it was about when I chose my electives and there was this new elective (than what 2009 year 9 had told me/shown me). It was called X Ed. I went and saw the teacher and She told me about it. I chose and so did alot of other people. It was a making out class and when other teachers came in we were studying another subject.

And ever since I have been dreaming about it at night.

It is like a pestering thought that won't leave me.

Oh, and the guy I was kissing was the guy who I like at the moment

A couple of nights ago I had this very strange dream about Melbourne.

Sorry there will be a few blank bits here and there. Please try to interpret this.

It was Wednesday day at school and a girl from my Health class came up to me and said, 'We have some spare tickets to Melbourne if you want to come. There is a dinner and alot of people can't get there so there alot of spare seats so if you want to come, but you'd have to pay for your accommodation.' So then I went home and asked my Mum and she said yes, but we would have to leave the dogs at your aunt's. I packed for me and Mum, and then she got home and changed and we left for Sydney with the dogs. We stayed the night at my aunt's and then we left really early with my aunt to get us to the airport. We got to the airport and we found our school's T.O.M team (Tournament of the Minds) and we got on the plane. I can remember the background was blue.
