What does this decline code mean from Walmart? ?
Does anyone know what "declined: reason FB" means when I used self checkout and it declined? I can google search but I'm asking if anyone knows personally as Google isn't that specific.
It's not my bank as I called and checked and they told me it was on Walmart end. I called Walmart and Customer service didn't know what to tell me. So now I'm confused? Did I do something wrong to get that code?

I just noticed this on the back of her neck.. it’s dried up.. so the fur is hard and the I’m assuming pus (cuz that’s what it looks like to me) is dried up too.. I managed to wipe it with a warm towel and I don’t necessarily see anything but I’m not sure whether I should take her to the vet or not?
