  • Boyfriend pulling all the stops?

I've been seeing him 7 months, been "dating officially" for 4. Is it strange he does all these things?? I guess i just cant believe it! He's always taken me out to fine dining restaurants at least once a week, pays for my gas when he drives my car, gets us groceries when we cook dinner together, always has my favorite wine stocked in the fridge - spares no expense. Next week, we are going on a long weekend vacation to see Christmas lights in TN, ect. ect. He's always one step ahead of doing little or big things for me. I absolutely appreciate everything and I have strong feelings for him. Obvi he wouldn't do all this if he didn't see things further down the line with us. He bought all new house hold things, pots pans, cutting board, knife set last night so I'm not struggling to cook meals with old/bad equipment! Lol he gets photos of us developed right away and framed and has them on display on his coffee table in his condo lol things a girlfriend might do??

  • Boyfriend of 2 months says he loves me?

We were engaging in some sexual activities lol and he whispered hey babe, hey I think I love you..I'm falling for you. This was like a month in and I wasn't sure what to say so I replied with well that's a good start or something and kept going then the other day in the middle of having s e x he was like I f***king love you. It made me uncomfortable a little so last night I brought it up and said it freaked me a little, he apologized and said it was the heat of the moment and that he realt cares about me. What the heck?? Now this thing is looming over us.

  • Meeting his parents for his birthday dinner?

I have been dating my guy for 6 months (it's been a monogamous relationship) within the month he's asked me to be his girlfriend. His birthday is this weekend so he invited me to his parents home for dinner on Sunday night with lots of his friends and family including his siblings. I haven't gotten to spend a whole lot of time with all of them b/c of work schedules and stuff but I asked his sister what she needs help with or anything and she said her mom and her have it all taken care of. I mentioned to him about bringing some sort of appetiser or was thinking of a nice fall flower arrangement to bring over to break the ice a bit and he said something along the lines of "You're dating me, not my parents don't get all worked up about it." LOL any suggestions on what to bring? I'm kind of in the dark a bit but everyone usually likes flowers??

  • New relationship, need some advice?

I just started dating my boyfriend a few weeks ago, we've known eachother 6 months. I'm very happy, he's smart, owns his own business, is on the local fire department. He's outgoing and ambitious. I moved to the area 2 years ago, I don't have too many friends just a few here and there and I'm fine with that. My boyfriend grew up here and knows EVERYBODY. The enter population knows him and his family. I'm trying my best in social situations but its hard because everybody has known each other for so long, and I have no idea who they're talking about, old stories, ect. It's sort of giving me anxiety and I end up not talking very much because of it. Anyway I can get over this? Naturally I'm on the shy side until you get to know me better. It's just the way I am. Any advice??

  • I think I need some help...?

I am 21 and I am having some major issues lately. I dont have any girlfriends, i find myself always ending up around men. I could be mildly depressed or something. In the last few months I've been "hooking up", not having sex with but more so wanting companionship with multiple men. At the time it doesn't bother me, but by the next day I feel awful, empty and irresponsible. They aren't strangers, but still people that I know aren't right for me regardless. I have a stressful career, my mother is terminally ill with Alzheimer's and she's in her early 50s. I know that I need to change and channel my energy somewhere else (running, triathlons, ect) I want to be back in my prime time shape and meet better people thru that. I understand my reputation is in the line and my behaviour isn't acceptable. I talk it over with my older sister and she tells me to take it easy and I'm so young, ect. But she doesn't have the same pressures that I have. In the long run. I'm hurting these men and myself. Nothing good has come out of my actions and I am sure I have blown potential relationships out of the water. Last night really blew it and I felt worthless and sort of kept thinking that if something happened to me nobody would even care and my life is pointless. I have low self esteem I suppose even though I am successful, beautiful, strong woman. Can somebody please reach out with some advice, I know I need to change and I hate the person I've becoming.

  • Food Truck Suggestions?

Hi I'm looking for suggestions for a food/drink truck names. My friend and I are purchasing a small school bus, gutting it making it accessible to operate our business. We are thinking of serving mostly alcoholic, frozen drinks b/c we are in a subtropical climate and find that most appealing. We are on the gulf coast, near beaches, boating, ect. we are free spirited people so maybe that can help with a name idea? We are contemplateing about serving food; if we decide it will be very simple, tacos, grilled cheese, chili, and some veg options and dessert assortments. Offer breakfast for the late nite crowd on the Friday/Saturdays, pancakes, bacon, biscuits, sandwiches, ect.

Thanks hopefully you can help us out.

I've been taking photos of my niece and sometimes they just remind me of funny things ie; she just started crawling and reminded me of the girl from the ring that crawls lol so I took a picstitch of it side by side and posted it online lol I think it's pretty funny b/c babies are funny when they're learning to crawl my friend commented saying " your too much ash! Lmao" what sort of context does that mean?! Lol

  • I need help..is there any chance?

I have been seeing this guy I met at a local bar for 2 months. We haven't been dating just getting to know eachother it's been a lot of fun we go out dancing, to movies and he surprised me with concert tickets 2 weeks ago which was fun. We didn't talk for a week as he had family in town then yesterday he messaged me asking what I was doing but I was busy then he called me later and he was in another town and had been drinking a lot lol but he was like "so when am I going to see you again? You don't really work a lot all you do is stand there and be pretty and show that smile and you get whatever you want." Hes goin to be back later today and I might head across state for a game and he was like "dont you go running off with anyone else now I'll be back on Thursday'

he's the only man I've met that ACTUALLY MEETS my expectations, we both come from similar backgrounds and everything. The catch is: he doesn't live here he was staying with his grandparents for the summer, so he's leaving next week :( but he will be back next year because his brother is getting married in my town. It just sucks..how should I feel about it?? Just forget about it? I mean who knows maybe he will be back and stay longer next time.

  • I need some dating advice please!?

I met a guy a month ago or so. He's leaving to go back up north for summer time and do some traveling until December. Hes going to come back at some point next year but don't know when. Anyways point is that I feel like I'm falling for him. He kisses me, holds my hand everywhere, smiles, hes handsome and funny, we come from similar upbringings, big familes, he takes me out for drinks, movies and now a concert tonight. I am telling myself to not look into it so much but it's hard not to. He's told me he likes me, and enjoys my company, ect. I mean why bother going to all this trouble of taking me out if he doesn't care? Maybe he doesn't and hes just looking to pass the time before he goes. How should I feel about this??

  • I want to say something flirty back?

We already made plans for tomorrow night for a live concert show. He texted me this morning saying "Hey so do you have any plans for tomorrow night? ;)" We obviously do but what is something flirty I can say back to that?

  • I need some help? Tipping point?

I've been seeing a guy for about a month 1-2 times a week or so. I am trying to understand the tipping point of "dating" him. We kiss, he holds my hand all the time in front of all his friends, holds me close, ect. What are the progressions of seeing someone? We haven't had sex yet b/c I have some self respect and I've always looked at sex as something very personal, your sharing yourself with someone. Don't get me wrong, I've had causal sex before; no big deal but this guy I feel like I'm treading ground carefully..he's different. I just don't want to give in too early and then have him move on. What's your opinion on oral sex? I would love to; infact I really want to pleasure him. I just don't want to have him see me as just a good time girl but on the other hand not a tease or prude! I guess I'm looking for a timeline between skanky and sexy as far as being intimate with someone??

I've been seeing this guy for a few weeks, we are just getting to know eachother and everything but almost everytime we part ways after kissing or making out or a while he looks at me and takes his thumb and puts it on my chin lol it's no big deal I was just wondering body language wise what that means? It's almost like something they do in a porno hahah after he ya knows on her or something hahah I know that sounds weird but I just can't shake this feeling lol or is it a gesture of endearment?? Thanks

  • Need advice; Should I call him?

I met a guy about a month ago, he asked for my number and we have gone out 3 times now, really casually out for drinks and stuff. Everytime we've ended up making out for a while, holding hands, ect. Earlier this week he called me to go see a movie and I couldn't that night but told him I'd call him later on this week. The weather is crummy today so I figured a movie might be nice tonight, should I call him up? I guess I'm a little confused b/c everything has been really casual until he sort of asks me on a movie date? Maybe he's not looking at it like that; the reason being he is only going to be around until the end of summer as he's going back up north. He will be back at some point I think but who knows. Im attracted to him and we have a lot of things in common and come from similar backgrounds. So should I call him? And if he wasn't interested would he bother even asking me out if he's only here thru the end of summer?

  • I'm new to dating again and met a guy?

I got out of a relationship a sometime ago and took a lot of time to be selfish and free for a bit before hitting the dating scene again. I met a guy about a month ago, we got to talking, I gave him my number we got a cab and he kissed me goodbye and he msged me the next day. The next weekend he called and I was out with some friends and he ended up coming all the way across town to see me. I gave him a ride home and we made out for a bit. The next weekend he called me and we met up over some drinks and talked for a long time.. I got home at like 2am lol he was holding my hand in the car, we were being flirty, ect. He called me Sunday morning just to talk to me lol then last night he asked me to a movie this week. All sounds really great but he is just in town until the end of June, his grandparents live nearby and he's staying with them for the summer. We have a lot in common, both come from family businesses and similar backgrounds. If he didn't like me would he bother asking me to the movies? Lol or maybe he's just looking to pass the time.
