Hello! I picked up a mid-70s Zenith Allegro Solid State Modular Stereo from an estate sale recently. The thing is in almost perfect shape and works and sounds awesome. The only problem is the turntable doesn't work. It will not spin, although I can faintly hear the motor going. I am assuming it just needs a belt replacement but I can not figure out how to gain access to underneath the platter.

Any suggestions?

I am taking my Nieces and Nephew to Cedar Point in two weeks. We are going to be staying at the Hotel Breakers for a few days and I am looking for some cool things to do while we are not at the park. i.e. Fun Centers, Arcades, Zoos, Etc. Any Suggestions?

I bought a pair of nice vintage RTRs from an estate sale. They must have been sitting in a damp basement and have accrued some mildew stains on the grill fabric. I was going to take a sponge and some water mixed with dish detergent to them, but I don't know if that will cut it. Anyone have any better ideas that might be more productive? Being vintage and in awesome shape otherwise, I don't want to irreversibly damage them or unnecessarily have them recovered. Thanks!

I have a kinda tight-woven knit sweatshirt sweater. Not unlike those thermal waffle shirts, but with no waffle. 70% PIMA COTTON - 30% NYLON. It says MACHINE WASH COLD. DELICATE CYCLE. ONLY NONCHLORINE BLEACH WHEN NEEDED. DRY FLAT. WARM IRON WHEN NEEDED. Can I just throw it in the dryer under tumble low? The shirt is pretty sweet and I like it, so I don't want to wreck it or shrink it. THANKS!!

I have 2 floor lamps about 10-15 years old. They both call for a "300 watt or less 120 volt T Bulb". A normal light bulb fits in the socket and works, but it sticks up about 3 inches above the lamp shade. All the T bulbs I look at are long and skinny with no "socket". Any ideas about what kind of bulbs I need for these lamps? I bought them at a yard sale and neither had bulbs in them in order to compare.

I read somewhere awhile ago that the Sega Genesis model 3 can also play Megadrive games. Does anyone know for a fact that this is true or not? Also, if this is the case, can a Sega CDX play them too?
