I'm stuck between the Panasonic GH4 and the Sony a7S. I really like the Sony a7S because of its EXTREME lowlight performance and full frame sensor. I really like the GH4 because I can record 4K internally. What is the cheapest way to record 4K to the Sony a7S without using the expensive Atomos Shogun? I really want this camera but I don't know if I can find a cheap route. Amazon and/or B&H links would be helpful

I'm 17. I will be 18 in mid-August. Ever since I started my job at McDonald's in early May, I've been feeling depressed. Don't get me wrong, I love getting paid, and I don't mind working. I'm not a lazy person. But I've just been feeling SO depressed whenever I think about it. Why is this?

Blackmagic Design dropped the price of their Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera (BMPCC) by $500 last summer. Do you think they'll do it again THIS summer? I'm looking into buying one, and I don't want to do it just yet if we're going to see another price drop.

Apple's special event, being held on September 9th, is obviously going to feature the unveiling of the iPhone 6. I plan to preorder mine from Apple's website. However, I have a few questions. Due to multiple rumors and past Apple history, we can come to the conclusion that the phone will make an official release on September 19th. Now, here's my problem... my two-year contract with Verizon doesn't run up until September 21st. I went on Apple's website to look at what the purchasing process was for the iPhone 5s (knowing as the purchase process with remain the same). In that process, I had to select what carrier I was with. Obviously, I would select "Verizon" here. Now, I'm confused. When I preorder my phone, I will be selecting the "Verizon" option. How do they know what my contract is? Do I have to take it into Verizon (on September 21st) after I receive it? And... when you preorder, does the phone come right away?

I'm the founder of S&S Pictures, a new media production company that specializes in photography and web video. In the past, I would periodically post photography photos to my company's Instagram @sandspictures, a page in which I post professional-looking photos I took with my Canon Rebel T3i and edited using Adobe Photoshop CS6; I would never use the built-in filters that were integrated into the app. Recently, I have opened up a YouTube account to start, my passion and personal favorite, filmmaking. Our mission statement at S&S Pictures is to bring a new form of entertainment to all audiences. Although, we can't properly achieve that big audience without the people finding our videos to watch! I've already set my account up for monetization, and I will link it with my Google AdSense account later. However, that's not my point; according to a few friends I asked, I have great short films and a ton of potential. What I post there even isn't my best work; lately, I've been rushed to make these films, and they are not as good as they could be, but over the summer, I'm hoping to make more quality films. Anyway, I just need to find people to watch them. Any ideas? (By the way, don't give me nonsense like, "Make quality entertainment." No, sh¡t...)
