Heya, so i’m not new to getting tattooed but mostly gotten flash designs before. I want a custom piece this time around. Do tattoo artists usually ask for design prices up front like a deposit ? Is there a consultation? Do they start designing right away? How does it all work? Thanks

I am a UK size 7. I have owned a pair of velvet DMs in the past, and when I bought them in a size 7, they were HUGE. They have somehow shrank over time and fit great now? is this possible?? I've seen some dr martens online that are size 6 but these are LEATHER 20 eyelet this time (knee high). Do DMs stretch over time? Will the leather ones fit my feet or hurt over time? I tried my first tampon at the grand old age of 22. I m on holiday (vacation) and the place i m in has a swimming pool. I started my period 3 days ago, and so I thought "better late than never" so I tried one to go swimming. It was SO uncomfortable. I inserted the applicator, then pushed the tampon in fully till the string hung out. It felt so annoying. I felt like i d been probed by an alien. I couldn t WAIT to get it out. Even as I walked and swam at certain angles, it just felt tight and sore. Then when I pulled it out like an hour later, it hurt! I felt like I have been violated hahaha. Any tips?

Hi all. I started a diet 2 weeks ago. No processed foods, low carbohydrates (20g a day), just yoghurt and raspberries for breakfast. For dinner: vegetables, meat and/or eggs. I weighed 194 pounds due to medication I have to take. Theres no other medication I can take.

I lost 10lbs in the first 2 weeks (i assume was water). I don't work due to health problems im trying to sort out, but I exercise for 1 hour a day. Will I continue to lose weight or will my body go into starvation mode? I am also not craving food so its hard to reach 900 cals a day! Should I up my fat intake?? I just need advice please!

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after years of struggling in my teens. I've missed school, and only returned to do my final year's qualifications. I can't walk without the room spinning or being dizzy. My whole body is in pain from the second I wake up to the second I go to sleep. I can't even make my own bed or clean. I also have major depressive disorder (which is recurrent severe depression with psychotic features ). I am on medication for that.

Although i am this weight, i definitely don t look it. I still have an hour glass figure, and my legs are long and fairly thin, but im actually getting quite worried now about my weight as it says im OBESE on the BMI!!! I stopped going to the gym last month because of medication changes, so i wonder if i still have muscle?? Idk.

So if I were to have unprotected sex during this time, am I at risk of pregnancy in any way shape or form? Can eggs still hang around or be alive after periods? Or can eggs release early? Thanks

The act of rape towards a female or male human is considered a crime! Its disgusting in this day and age, I agree. But, what about the primitive humans, before we were homo erectus? Was and is rape okay in the animal kingdom? We as humans have sex for pleasure, but animals do not. Yet we force dogs, cats and all kinds of domesticated "pets" who breeders expect to mate. Primarily I assume it is the male of the species that "rapes" another animal? Is the concept of rape even considered absurd for animals? Or do we still call it "mating"? I would be horrified if such a thing was forced onto an animal or pet I owned! Just wonderng of your opinions. This is a serious question.

Hi everybody, I have major depressive disorder (diagnosed at 16, now 22) after multiple medication changes (this is routine for everyone in the mental health system, as you should probably know!!)

So I was switched to risperidone (Risperdal) a month back, and it was amazing! I was going to the gym every day, doing what i could, i had more energy, it was great... BUT, I gained 40 lbs because i became so hungry I WAS STARVING every 5 mins!!

So I went back to the doctors, demanded to be put back on Quetiapine (Seroquel) and my mood dipped. Didn't leave the house for a month, became VERY down, stopped eating/showering/dressing... so yesterday i had another check up with her, she decided to put me back on Rispiridone. She said she'd rather me "fat and happy" than "slim and dead"....

Now i'm worried i'll go over 200lbs again. What can I do? I've tried the gym- i lose weight VERY SLOWLY. I have fibromyalgia too so its very painful. My metabolism is really realllllyyy slow. Are there any other forms to take risperidone in that will negate the hungry side effects? Thank you
